I dreamed about the forest two nights ago. I dreamed you had to pay more to get in now and you had to wait in line. Someone told me that you're not allowed to use the present tense at the hostel because no one would learn anything about you if you did. I disagreed and said we should speak in the present. I figured you can learn a great deal about a person from speaking only in the present. The people working at the hostel would occasionally let some of the old crew come stay for free.
Do ya'll have hostel dreams?

Re: Forest Dreams
Fri, July 27, 2007 - 4:14 PMI have hostel dreams ALL the time...
I dreamt that the trees were alive. They were flexible and walked around. I heard drumming in the distance. As I walked towards the sound, I felt at home, the beat went through my body. The trees greeted me. They danced to the music. It was paradise.
I also had another about the trees at another time... There was a soaring black bird. It flew the skies to keep watch out for the people. The trees were walking from the forest into a desert area where people lived. They were carrying a coffin. They dropped the coffin at a cave entrance where the people entered. The people opened the coffin to find pieces of wood cut and placed in there. They were offering it to the people for their use, but only once a tree died.
There are many more, but these two really stuck out. -

You can log your hostel dreams at www.dream-people.net if you are interested in chronicling them. The site logs and tracks your dreams by theme against an astronomical ephemeris.
